Mayor Raymond A. Giacobbe and the Rahway City Council invite you to join us in Rahway, NJ, on June 1st from 1-6 PM at Cherry Street Open Space Park for "Signs of Pride: From Protest to Progress," a poster-making event honoring the Stonewall Riots and celebrating LGBTQIA+ rights.
All ages and skill levels are welcome! Materials provided. Enjoy DJ entertainment, refreshments, and giveaways. The day includes our annual flag-raising and is a chance to create powerful, artistic posters reflecting the spirit of positive progress.
By participating, they honor the past and work towards an equitable future where everyone can live authentically and without fear.
