The festival was created to foster a space for individuals to receive on-campus and community LGBTQIA+ resources. We will also have opportunities to engage in dialogue with others in sharing motivational coming out stories in an artistic way. NCOW Fest Rain date- October 12, 2021- Same time and location. This event qualifies for diversity & inclusion STARS credit.
