Hosted by Philly's Queen Brittany Lynn and featuring the girls from her Philly Drag Mafia (Phillydragmafia.com)-this special PRIDE event features the stunning AIRA, the gay Boylesque talents of Turnpyke, and kicks and twirls by Asia Monroe!

Ember and Ash have an open wood-burning hearth that an element of every dish has touched, giving smokey, grilled flavors to each dish in a balanced way.

Ember and Ash offer worldly, peasant-style food which involves bringing cooking techniques and style back to the old world.

Ember and Ash is also "snout to root"-meaning they use EVERY part of the animal and every part of the plant to have as little waste as possible and to show you there is flavor in all parts.

There is also cross-over with the bar and the kitchen programs to further have as little waste as possible and to really extract as much flavor from everything as possible.
