Online Event: Trans Storytelling with Ben Greene

Wednesday, August 17, 2022 - 6:00PM to 7:00PM EST

Join PFLAG Leonardtown virtually on Wednesday, August 17th at 6:00 PM for “Trans Storytelling” with Ben Green, an international speaker, LGBTQ+ advocate, and author.

Our presenter will be educator and advocate Ben Greene (he/him/his). As one of only two transgender people in his hometown of Weston, Connecticut, Ben Greene has always been the “designated educator”. After giving a successful TEDx talk called “Where Are You Sitting?”, he began his career as a speaker and LGBTQ+ inclusion consultant. He has spoken all over the world in many different domains: conferences and summits, schools and universities, government agencies, and internal events for global corporations. Ben also sits on the advisory board of a global branding firm and authored the book “My Child is Trans, Now What?”.

He is passionate about educating others from a place of compassion--no matter where they’re starting!
