Easily Offended? Get Out Now! at Anchor Rock Club in Atlantic City NJ

The Miss'd America Pageant started in 1992 on the deck at Studio Six in Atlantic City. Since then the show has evolved into a national pageant now performed in large venues. A homage to the iconic Miss America Pageant, the show began as a way of supporting those with HIV/AIDS and their loved ones. Miss'd America: The Originals* --"Easily Offended? Get Out Now!" promises to be the event of the season by taking the show back to its roots in the "gayborhood" bars on New York Avenue. Featuring the original cast and special guests the Real Drag Kings of AC and the Atlantic City Ballet in an uncensored and riotous series of skits and musical numbers. Come back to the old Chez Paree(now Anchor Rock Club) for a memorable REUNION of all who lived, worked, and partied on New York Avenue in its heyday. Directed by the iconic Sandy Beach and produced by Laurie Greene and Nick Casiello. The show begins at 8:30 pm/doors open at 7:30.

Seating is limited and may not be available the night of the show. Standing room tickets will become available when seats are sold out. *The name "Miss'd America" is used with permission of Miss'd America, LLC.

The show will run for two hours---then we clear the dance floor and dance to beats by the one and only Joey the Hat!

2 Floors of seating are available: There is a stage level and balcony level. Each has reserved seating and a STANDING ROOM available. Standing room seating does not guarantee a view of the stage, but you can still join us for this amazing event and be part of the excitement. The standing-room allows access to both floors stage right. (seating charts below for reference) All seats are first come first served by section purchased. Tables are reserved. Ushers will be ready to take everyone to the best seats available.

 

Seating: Floor Seats are folding chairs. Tables are sold at a single price with the number of seats indicated in pink. If you buy more than one table we will try to put them adjacent to each other. Stools along the sides are sold separately. There is HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE SEATING. Please call (don't text) 609.404.0999(Laurie) to reserve your accessible spot. We have made every effort to keep prices low and have access to as many folks as possible. (seating charts below for reference)

Food and Drink: There will be and cash bar and snacks provided for tables. Restrooms and two bars are on EACH floor (4 bars and 4 restrooms).

Etiquette: Tips for the contestants are always appreciated. Outlandish outfits are encouraged. 

COVID: proof of vaccination IS REQUIRED. Please bring this with you. Masks are optional and will be available at the door.
