Queer 90s Film Series: Bound at The ShowRoom Cinema in Asbury Park NJ

The ShowRoom Cinema is thrilled to announce the "Queer 90s" film series, a celebration of groundbreaking LGBTQ+ films from the 1990s. This special series will feature screenings of "Trick" on June 6, "Bound" on June 20, and culminate with a 30th anniversary screening of "The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert" on June 27. The final screening will also serve as a fundraiser for The Center in Asbury Park, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting people living with HIV/AIDS.

Bound (1996)
A thrilling neo-noir film directed by the Wachowskis (directors of "The Matrix" series), "Bound" tells the story of Violet and Corky, two women who become romantically and criminally entwined. As they plot to steal millions from the Mafia, their relationship faces tests of trust and loyalty.
