All the usual debauchery with nautical edge bears in sailor caps, pirates and mermaids, and Cosplay (we can’t wait to check out who will be the best Sailor Moon). Channel your inner “longshoreman,” reenact the iconic Times Square kiss or show off your ink in our Tattoo contest.
