Get ready to train your body for dancing with Sam Robbins on Saturday, October 17th from 6:30pm -7:30pm via Zoom!
Sam Robbins grew up dancing in Jackson, MI. They participated for several years in the Chicago National Association of Dance Masters Ballet Forum and preprofessional programs. Sam attended the University at Buffalo and received their bachelor of fine arts in dance in 2011. They danced with the Iacono Ballroom Center and Buffalo Ballroom Theatre directly after graduating. Sam performed with several international artists and choreographers, served as a liturgical dancer for the First Presbyterian Church of Iron County in Iron River, MI from 2012 to 2014, and went on to obtain their master's degree in dance from Sarah Lawrence College in 2016. Since then, Sam has choreographed, performed, and taught in and around the NYC and NJ communities. Sam teaches at Jivamukti Yoga Center Jersey City as an 800 hr certified yoga instructor.
