O.W.L. Older, Wiser, Learning Senior Group - Meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month!
A group for those 55 and older to come to hang out and get to know other like-minded individuals in the community.
Socialize, play games, talk, and a special guest each month on various topics related to Seniors!
Coffee will be provided!
MISSION
Henderson Equality Center, a community-supported organization to engage, empower, enrich, and advance the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, allies, and queer community of Henderson, NV by providing a safe space, pursue resources, and providing courses focus on educational, social, support, skill-building, and job assistance classes for at-risk, low-income LGBTQ youth and adults.
VISION
Henderson Equality Center provides gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) individuals, their families, and supporters in Henderson, NV with resources and opportunities to promote visibility, understanding, and equality within the LGBT communities and the community at large. Henderson Equality Center will work toward these goals through education, social support, networking, and advocacy.
Henderson Equality Center is under its own 501c3 status. All donations are tax-deductible.
Our new office location and vision represent our effort on inclusion and intersectionalism throughout the community and we look forward to serving the Henderson, NV LGBTQIA+ community for many years to come. Please stop by today for a visit and consider getting involved!
