Youth Outreach Services At LGBT Community Center Of Greater Cleveland In Cleveland OH

Every Monday & Wednesday - 3:00PM to 8:00PM EST

Are you between the age of 14 and 24? Are you experiencing homelessness, couch surfing, or feeling unsafe at home? Do you identify as LBGTQ+? If yes, Carey Gibbons is here to assist you at the Center.

Services include:
• Referrals to Social Service Agencies
• Able to provide Hygiene Kits and Masks
• Housing Assistance
• Transportation Support (Bus Passes)
• Medical and Mental Health Referrals
• Assistance with Government Benefits Applications
• Assistance with IDs and Birth Certificates
