4th Sunday of the month. 10:00AM-10:45AM.
We Wake Up Like This is hosting monthly 45-minute grounding space/meditation time. Offered as space where we can be together without much doing or needing to be anything in particular. All ways of showing up are most welcome. In the spirit of touching uncertainty, individual experience, and collective experience with kindness and compassion.
