Please join us for dinner and a Trans Sexual Health Forum featuring providers that address the needs and services related to the Trans Community. We will also have a Q&A Panel with members of the Trans Alternative Lifestyle Community addressing their lived experiences in the community, navigating healthcare settings, and maintaining healthy relationships.
Trans and Gender Non-Conforming people are welcome to identify practical solutions to healthcare challenges, sharing your own experiences, as well as a collective way forward.
