As a non-profit, we received feedback from community members that some Pride events in Bellingham have felt corporate and, at times, exclusive. In response, Whatcom Pride is organizing a smaller Pop-Up Parade and a Community Resource Fair this year. We hope to focus on grassroots community resources and local concerns.
We hope you will join us for a Pop-Up Pride Parade followed by a Block Party and Resource Fair. And, if you are interested, come join our volunteer team to help plan future events!
