DESCRIPTION:Queer Med Pop Up Clinic at Shoals Diversity Center in Florence AL\nSaturday\, March 19\, 2022 - 8:00AM to 6:00PM CST\nShoals Diversity Center is happy to host another pop-up clinic for those in the community who need affirming hormone care!\nDr. Izzy Lowell\, MD\, MBA started the QueerMed Clinic to provide respectful and affirming care for the Transgender Community. She believes everyone deserves access to medical care\, no matter the color of their skin\, where they come from\, their gender\, sexual orientation\, or gender identity. \n \nOn hand will be Michael Lucas Scarborough\, NP\, QMed\, LLC\nHe/Him/His \nHormone therapy and name/gender marker change letters are available. All insurance is taken. Cash can be paid upfront. \nPlease make all appointments for our clinic day through the Qmed website. New patients will need an hour appointment\, follow-ups\, 30 minutes. \n \nExisting and new patients welcome!\n \nPatients do need to register on the portal. If you go to queermed.com and click on "Patient Portal" in the upper right-hand corner\, that will take you to the registration page.
