The parade will begin at 12 p.m. at Pop Lloyd Stadium and will take place rain or shine. The parade will travel along MLK Jr. Blvd\, make a left onto Atlantic Avenue\, and continue down to South Carolina Avenue where the parade will make a left turn to end at Center City Park.\n \nThe parade is free to attend and free to participate in! The City is currently accepting entry forms from businesses\, residents\, and non-profit and/or volunteer organizations interested in participating. Parade categories include marching bands\, floats\, elected officials\, costumed characters\, decorated cars\, and dance/drill teams.
