LGBTQIA+ Support Group At PGH Equality Center In Pittsburgh PA

Third Thursday - 7:30PM to 8:30PM EST

THIS EVENT IS FREE TO ATTEND

This support group is for adults 18+ who are looking for a safe and inclusive space to discuss issues related to being LGBTQIA+.

The group and its facilitator will provide an affirming environment where participants can share common experiences and increase their sense of understanding regarding their own gender identity and/or sexual orientation while creating an empowering community of support.

Areas of focus may include: gaining self-acceptance, stress, and trauma, coping skills, coming out, interpersonal relationships, and more. ALL identities within the LGBTQIA+ spectrum including those questioning are welcome to attend as long as they are committed to providing a safe space for everyone participating in the group.

The group will be hosted by Katelyn Zeak, founder of Pittsburgh Counseling & Wellness, a licensed clinical social worker and certified clinical trauma professional.
